Plus, the lack of additional towels and outdoor furniture in my walled area felt thoughtless for an otherwise cute setup.

The hotel is trying so hard to be chic, but they missed the mark. Only one body towel that took ages to get more, as if i was asking for gold. The remote situation was a joke, with only one for two devices, which i'm sure is what everyone wants. A complimentary upgrade would have been nice, but no, i guess regulars like me don't count.
